Dude In 2006,2007 and 2008 it use to rain alot but in 2009,and in 2010 a d right now it doesn't rain anymore

i remember that day, my truck almost died. i had to go through at least one and 3/4 ft of water down Clinton Drive. I had to, i work for domino's pizza and i was on delivery at the time.
