ha....my baby would be fussy and crying from the first second of this video. And he hates massage. Also can't bicycle his legs...he stiffens them up and kicks and kicks. Very frustrating :(
how adorable is she?! aww. i recently just had mine. she's about a month. she's been having a little gas problem. i need to use your techinique see how it goes for her :)
Thanks so much for posting this! My daughter is very gassy and we were dealing with her being unhappy all the time due to tummy discomfort. After trying your tummy massage method it was amazing the difference it made - although my eleven year old son thinks it's the funniest thing in the world when she'll let out noisy gas while we do it! :)
By the way, I've been using grapeseed oil...safe for baby if it gets in her mouth. Works great!
laurakjar -- thank you for your input. i didn't think about the fact that almond oil may not be a wise choice for babies. my lactation consultant just told me to use almond oil, so that was why i went with it. but you're so right, that could be bad if the baby ingested some. i will remember to use olive oil when we have another baby. :-)
Hey this is a good video I am a RMT the only thing I would advise against is the almond oil as the baby may ingest it... olive oil is the safest to use on infants.

thank you this was really helpful
do you massage you baby, in the morning before a bath or when the baby is about to sleep?
do you have any other excercises which you and the baby do when you massage?
