They found Casey Anthony not guilty for murdering her child. I'm mortified. She took that poor baby's life. And she isn't going to punished for it. Alot of people think it will never happen to them....once apon a time I thought that to. My baby fought for 8 weeks in the NICU to live and he took her from me at 8 months old. This song really hits close to home for me.

You know, people can make songs with children singing them, and videos with graphic images exploiting a child's pain and advertisements to raise awareness all they want. But in the end, these children aren't being helped. I want to see people helping people. Just like Hurricane Katrina, too many people "raising awareness", not enough people doing anything about it. @kbaby1595 people hurt kids cause their smaller than them. I seriously doubt a 10 yr old will fight back against his dad. I stood up for mom when dad entered his temper tantrum mood. His normal response was screaming "get out!" when he didnt get his way. It got so one year I was paying all the bills while neither had a job. He did his scream and I laughed at him. I told him "yeah I'll leave and within one month u 2 will be on the street". Needless to say that shut him up fast.

I would have to give this a thumbs up for the point they're trying to get across... Stop Child Abuse. But then I would also want to give this a thumbs down for making me cry, thinking about the poor innocent children that are getting abused each day. Please stop abusing children.

When I first heard this song when it came out I cried so hard cause I know what it is like to be abused and this song can reach so many so my prayers are with those children.

This video is so sad, and touches me so much. My best friend is verbally abused by her mother. She hears so many things a child should never have heard. She thinks so little of herself. Her mother's words are so inconsiderate to her hurt heart. :'( my other friend is a victim of abuse via her mom's ex boyfriend and rape from her cousin :"( any form of violence like that is horrible. God, please don't let them hurt your children <3

It's not just babies thought, is it. It's me too and soo many other children who are too scared to speak up for ourselves. Even at age 13 I can't speak up, how cowardly is that? It's my fault though, that's what they tell me. Maybe that's why I don't say anything, I deserve what I get! It's my fault.

I am a 35 year old woman who to this day still feels the affects of it.But out of this I broke the cycle when I had my son...it doesn't have to go on forever and we can take the power back and be strong.

@wilsonclubs sweetie, trust me when I say that it is not your fault, I survived abuse myself, I would advice you to talk to someone about it, report it, I know that it is hard but if we don't speak up, others might get hurt as well, in my case I didn't find out that my stepfather was abusing my little sisters until I reported him...be brave and please don't ever blame yourself it is NOT YOUR FAULT! heres my personal email if you would like to contact me marine61083@yahoo.com

Pains me as they are young who can't fight back. Please fight with a person who has same size. You know, people can make songs with children singing them, and videos with graphic images exploiting a child's pain and advertisements to raise awareness all they want. But in the end, these children aren't being helped. I want to see people helping people. Just like Hurricane Katrina, too many people "raising awareness", not enough people doing anything about it. Provide websites, help lines SOMETHING! You really don't care unless you do something about it. Useless video, thumbs down.

@obs66 sadly they wont. I cried too but Children r like animals. Their smaller so naturally adults r more prone to abusing them cause the kids wont fight back. Believe me I was verbally & mentally abused. I was picked on and lead to believe I wasnt worth anything. Now the tables have turned. I wont bully my kids. My dad wants something from me and I refuse to give it because of how he treated me when I was younger.

@kbaby1595 people hurt kids cause their smaller than them. I seriously doubt a 10 yr old will fight back against his dad. I stood up for mom when dad entered his temper tantrum mood. His normal response was screaming "get out!" when he didnt get his way. It got so one year I was paying all the bills while neither had a job. He did his scream and I laughed at him. I told him "yeah I'll leave and within one month u 2 will be on the street". Needless to say that shut him up fast.

Lovely song. I remember when this song was out. Powerful message. I think the video could have shown a more diverse casting in children. All the little children were caucasion and I think girls. Children of all walks of life are abused, and should be kept safe and warm. Just my opinion.

sarofan, Thanks for the 'daily' reminder of what's wrong in our world, and why it's important for us to put away the foolish nonsense of our society, and focus on extremely important 'issues' such as this one.
