im drawn to water naturally. something about it is just...just magically smooth and glassy and comforting. It brings about all life on earth, yet it can just as easily take it. Ever since I was 9 and I went to the Oregon Coast I've wanted to be on a ship or boat hearing the ocean, and I like Asia so maybe a cargo boat or something from Japan or South Korea but man, I want to be next to the ocean so bad. I live in Idaho...

Some day I'll be in the ocean, no doubt ^_^

I live in a lighthouse and I'm very proud of it because everyday I wake up I open the window of my bedroom and smell the fresh air of the sea of the morning. In the vening sometimes I go to the seaside and just sit there watching the ocean, the gulls, the sun, hearing the relaxing sounds... It's really beautiful! I don't know why but when I look at the sea I just forget all of my problems, I feel like if I was free of problems and just don't really care about them. Nature is such beautiful! ♥

This is really really soothing. I love it. The only problem is that your other sences are not fulfilled. You have the beautiful sound of the waves and see, but also you must have the smell and taste of salt water, seaweed and freshair. But other than that, it is truely amazing, :)

This is nice, but it doesn't come close to the real thing. I live next to the ocean and it is so beautiful. I go to the beach just to sit and listen to the crashing of the waves. It is expecially beautiful at sun rise or sun set.

I was wrong this does come close to the real sound, but nothing can really compare with God's beautiful creation. This almost sounds real though. If you can add the sound of seagulls and other birds, this would come very close to the actual sound.

@Ilovestrawberrys52 I agree but the closest thing I could find that is like waves at a beach, especially at night for sleeping, is brown noise very low with a good sound system set to "wave". For some reason its more realistic than actual wave sounds

No I did not expect my laptop to smell like fish at all (although a month earlier i had spilled clam juice on it.)
