if u get a lower score on the final test to get ur license do u have a higher insurance rate or does it not matter?

I don't think it matters, it's a pass/fail system.

in australia we have the same sort of course that is over 2 days and goes for 3.5hours each day...and we don't do nearly half of what u talk about and you are aloud to go no faster than 20kph which is like 32mph
