If you go to Lucy's computer (it's a laptop connected to the Animus), there is a pen-shaped object next to it. If you pick this up you can then go on to Lucy's computer and read her emails. Most of them are boring but one of them contains the code to access the door of the locked room that the Templars were standing in. Once you have read the email you can type in the code and go in. It's not very exciting though.
