I love how this is the first episode, and the designers are already super best friends. Did they just name it 'Project Runway: Philippines' because 'Fashion Summer Camp' was already taken?
Wish the U.S. designers were this warm to each other!
I can deal with them speaking English; and then inserting their foreign language in mid sentence. Yet, it's seemingly very random and unpredictable, which makes it a tad confusing.
I actually think what bothers me more is the poor sound quality and sound editing; that is what gives this version such a 'ghetto' feel.
Plus, it also kinda makes it have this strange and alien, detached fuzzy feeling.
Yeah this version is ghetto..I see it more now..and the sound and microphones in the editing is really bad. I will watch a few more..just to see if it gets better...but It is not going to well...cheers "sweetprjcts" for uploading this....I am really glad you did..I like seeing the different ones besides the america's and uk one.
That girl made a poncho with glued on decoration that could only be suitable for a bad 80's pop video and she didn't get eliminated. At least this lady can sew, even if she has no vision. What's that girl going to do next? A wrap.

haha this show is a joke! so low budget! the filming, the sound, the designers, the judges, the host, the prize...blah! u can't even begin to compare this version to project runways us, canada, australia or project catwalk! bye bye project runway Philippines!
omg i think i may have cried a little :'( -the designer (sorry can't remem. name) who hugged her before she was eliminated, i actually felt his sorrow. oh so sad, and her's was not the worst..
I'm sorry for the lady who is out.

That green dress with the weird purple ribety thingy on the shoulders of the model... HORRIBLE!!!! That was the absolute worst of the designs.

I feel bad for Loida. It was a pity that she didn't get much fabric and had to work with 'leftovers'. At least she tried!
LOVE aries' work. I'd totally wear that in Tokyo.
I hope ppl would appreciate OUR own Project Runway and would stop comparing it to US/UK's version. Mahalin natin ang sariling atin! :-)

The UK one is the worst. The Canada one is OK. The better one (after US PR of course, because Heidi RULES) is Australia's IMHO!

and pity them, half a million cash price? oh so pathetic and anemic. that's only equivalent to the fan favorite cash price.

America: Host has thickest accent
Philippines: Host has no accent

The host has such a beautiful eloquent voice.
