bro did you see tikhonovich's last video 5 months ago about his explosive pull ups? i can only think of adding weight to the OAP and maybe when lifting 50% of my bodyweight try to get explosive OAP until i can get the one arm muscle up... what do you think?
thats pretty cool man i think i saw the same video you were talking about are you a gymnast what do you do to workout other than gym if you are one because you look big for a gymnast if thats all you do
looking big man. i noticed the people who incorporate bodyweight exercises with weight exercises usuallyhave a stronger and more defined back than people who only use weights.
@Zorghent Swimming is great for developing the back. I had mid back problems as a kid but after 6 years of regular swimming my back is strong and powerful. I was agreeing with omxpablo19 and saying combining swimming with weights has a similar effect.
what!? this confuses me as i thought you were more of a strength/ skills trainer. also didnt i read an article on nutrition that you wrote that stated you ate only twice a day?
Hitting a gram/lb of bodyweight. Taking a postworkout shake with creatine. fish oil throughout the day. multi-vitamin in the morning. ZMA and/or melatonin at night.
The only way to do it is to force the forearm against the ring so that you can pull your hand in towards you allowing your center of mass to be over your hand with your head on one side of the ring. Still don't even know if that's possible to control with one arm... I think highly unlikely but crazier things have happened.
The strength progression would probably be better off suited working one arm straight strict muscle ups into butterfly cross or something similar.
The hardest part might not be the muscle up itself but actually holding it at the top, especially on one ring... that's much more difficult to do than on the bar!
Your a savage beast man! Good stuff

Yeah, I still train for strength and acrobatic skills. I want to see how my body and strength feel at a heavier weight.
I've never been on a twice a day eating plan, ever. You've got me confused with someone else.
BeastSkills 2 years ago
oh alright. Well in that case what is your current nutrition/ supplement intake? grams of protein per day?
