  • I thought when you disconnected the battery and held the trigger down changes the dwell between c02 and HPA ?

  • this didnt work for me? :/

  • do all SP1's come with these modes? or do you get some that are semi auto only?

  • what are you using co2 hpa n2?

  • Thanx for the help, great and helpfull vid. I already got mine off lockerz xD.

  • You can get a SP-1 for free at lockerz! just send a email to

lockerzinvite2010@ live. no and i send a invite.

  • You can get this for free on lockers if you want to join send me your email and I will send you an invite. :)

  • is that the stock or blackheart?

  • It's stock, never got a blackheart for mine. Don't have it now unfortunetly :(

  • Are you able to adjust the ROF.

  • Thanks.

  • How many shots do you get out of the double AA battery?

  • Well they run off 9V's(dont' think there are any currently produced electro guns that run on anything else) but i'm not sure how long the battery lasts. It really depends on how often you have the thing on when you're not shooting it or playing with it.

  • Is this with a blackheart board? or stock?

  • Does the light always flash or does it stop after a while?

  • It's always on, other wise you wouldn't be able to tell if the gun is turned on or has shut off.

  • I just ordered mine last night. Should be here in 2 to 3 days. I'm pretty pumped. :D

  • does tht full auto come stock with the gun

  • Yep

  • What kind of barrel threads does the sp 1 take? Thanks!

  • Any Ion, Impulse, Epiphany, EOS, or Vibe barrel threads

  • is it tru that everything stock that comes with smart parts guns sucks? i got a vs2 and i like it betta then the ions

  • It used to be true, not as much so now. The Ion and Shockers were shit but the new Shocker comes with decent features and good price, Ion just has BOB body(it still sucks). Their new EOS, Vibe, and SP1 guns are good for the price. EOS still needs a new board, it comes with the same old crap board, new Shockers come with a good new board.

  • when you do the trigger and connect the battery thing isnt that for selecting between co2 and hpa cause thats what is on the smart parts web site

  • Is it a good gun because i might be getting it soon?

  • It's an awsome gun, works perfect for what it's made for and is pretty cheap. Hasn't failed me yet.

  • That is a LOUD gun!

  • I hope there's sarcasm in there :P

  • Nah, I'm serious. Unless I just have my speakers up too loud (which is quite the possibility), it's a freaking loud marker.

  • It's not as bad as it may seem. It's a relatively quiet marker compared to most. I was on my padio which has an overhanging roof and when I'm in there shooting the sound just reverberates right back and makes it seem alot louder than it is.

  • I have heard louder markers. But yeah, that makes sense.

  • does it always come with the select fire mode

  • Yes

  • dude thats nice my first gun was a spyder sonix but the sp1 is my next gun. How much did it cost u 4 just the gun?

  • I bought it back before the price for the materials it's made of went up so only paid 150. Think they're about 175, but you might be able to find them around for cheaper.

  • do you have to buy anything extra for this to work ?

  • Nope, this mode comes stock on all the SP1's and Vibe's.

  • so u just connect the battery while holding the trigger down, that seems pretty simple

  • Yep, it will either blink once for Semi Only or twice for Select-Fire

  • u broke my freaking vibe (they use the same board). When you attach the battery when holding down the trigger you break the board and it only releases air through the grips!

    DO NOT TRY THIS!

  • cant you use co2 for that?

  • Yep

  • Which is better Alpha Black or Sp1?

  • I'd say SP1 because it's an actual electropnuematic gun. I'd rather have one over a blowback.

  • does it have to be turned on for semi auto and if so how long does the battery last

  • Since this is a fully electro-pnuematic gun then yea you have to have the gun turned on for it to fire. As long as you turn it off between uses and don't leave it on and sitting around for long periods of time the 9V should last you a good bit, I also remove the battery after i'm done using it for the day, that will also help increase life.

  • I tried doing what you said but mine still doesnt change, any advice?

  • you mean to change to select fire mode? keep trying little more, can be pain sometimes and if it still doesn't change then how recent is your gun? if its one of the originals from when it was first released then they don't have the select fire feature

  • Yes it is one of the originals so thatll be why

  • If you'd like for the select-fire you can just contact smart parts and they will swap it for the updated board like mine has

  • Can you it buy a board for like the SP blackheart if so how would you set it up

  • I don't know if the blackhearts out yet but if you got one you could just install it like anyother board, i know virtue has one avaliable for it, and on how to set it up its just what ever best suits you and your gun and how/where you play

  • i have the same problem like RA1735,but my sp1 say that it is "semi-full" in its case?can you write me what i must do cause i might dont understand what you say...thank you

  • Maybe someone can answer this: I have a J&J Ceramic barrel, and I need to know if the Spyder threads are the same as smart parts threads.

  • spyder threads are not the same as the smart parts ones

  • ok, thanks. I thought I read that they were, but it must have been spyder and something else.

  • hi i might need some links for the stock plate and also i might have trouble with HPA but does commpresed air work good if i cant find HPA

  • its the same thing

  • thanks and also i am confused can i buy any stock for my SP-1 like a tippman m4 stock or where can i get a stock

  • you just have to buy a stock plate adapter which replaces the "backplate" were you get access to the bolt out back, once you have this adapter you can take any 98 custom stock and use it.......if you need help finding some adapters just mssg me and i'll get you some links

  • does the sp-1 use the same threads as the vibe?

  • yep, any smart parts threads(impulse, ion, nxt, epiph, eos, vibe) work

  • ok thanks!

  • wer you geyt sp1s for cheap????????

  • does it start with this when u buy it?

  • no, it starts with locked semi, to change it you disconnect the battery and then hold the trigger down and reconnect it, if you do it correctly the power button will flash twice for select-fire, and repeat the process to go back to semi only(one blink)

  • Lol the SP1 stands for Smart Parts 1. You didnt have to tell su it was a smart parts sp 1. :P

    Sweet vid though. :)

  • well not a whole lot of people will immediately connect sp1 with smart parts, so....what ever, lol....thank you

  • nice vids dude!!
