Soifon seems real cool and Yoruichi is REAL AWSOME, but the only thing is with Soifon I get why in the world would she be soo mad at someone for over 100 years or more just b/c You didn't get a chance to follow them. Suzumebachi is her Stab+Special attack, You have to do it twice within a small timeframe and have both hit. Near impossible against anyone with anyskill

Umm... Yoruichi is the Flash Goddess, she mastered normal Flashsteps, and is able to use her flashstep is ways that outsmarts her opponent. Byakuya is good at flashsteps, but he can't catch Yoruichi. She is that good. Normal Ichigo can't catch up with Yoruichi if they seriously had a race, but Bankai Ichigo, his bankai suppresses to gain extra speed, dexterity and strength. Bankai Ichigo can then match par with Yoruichi then. But he still can't outsmart Yoruichi in using her flashsteps.

ichigo's super speed IS flashsteps (shunpo). theres only 3 types of speed techiques and is shunpo (shinigami), sonido (arrancar and hirenkyaku (quincy)
