My advise is to work on your dynamics, rather than strumming as hard as you can and singing over that, work on different type of strumming vs. picking rhythms and softness of your strumming. That will make the quality of the sound track better too. Pretty sweet though, i like that it's unique and doesn't just sound like everyone else, jazzy. :)

i like your voice, i like your songs but they are always too long (too much repetition without gaining any dramatic substance) and all on one emotional level, which means the dynamic is always pretty much the same...maybe you should try to vary that a bit more. try to write a really happy uptempo song or a really slow, sad song or a really aggressiv song and if it's just for you to see where you can get.

Wow, those chords in the chorus are awesome. Really, the whole thing is quite good, airy yet grounded with a lot of force behind it, but that chorus is awesome.

I was listening while doing something and when the first chord of the chorus came in I stopped breathing and had to look at the screen.

That part is so strong I would suggest just continually repeating the first two chords of the chorus at the end instead of returning to the verse.
