I love how you do your work. Specially with the use of the paint Shop pro and photoshop it is really cool and i never would have thought of that.. How did you think of doing that???
An artist never stop until he's satisfied with his work. An artist tend not to follow rules... that's what you are, bro. thanks for sharing your creativeness.
in 12th grade i drew my first real picture with prisma pencil until the whole artwork was burnished but that was all i used. i didn't know about using all the mediums. when my art teacher saw my drawing she thought i've been drawing for years because i drew better than she did but i don't need to draw in pencil to use the color. anyway, i'm thinking about getting back into it to pass time. i just don't know how to use other mediums. how do you know which ones to use?
Also i never though about using Photoshop so that was a lot of help.
I am just a beginner But seeing your videos and the way you have fun with your work makes me want to learn and know more about art. :) So i will always keep that in mind that art shouldn't always be serious just have fun, its like expressing my self in art. Thxs Man! lots of help.
I love how you said 'There's too much serious art in the world, i like to make my work funny.' I couldnt agree with you more!
I'd also like to say thankyou so much, i've watched a couple of your 'how-to' videos, and i've found them to be quite useful.. This mixed media project looks so interesting & fun, i wish i could try it!
@thepandatheory Thank you so much for that awesome comment! I hope that you do try mixed media art. All art materials are is a means to an end. They all have different strengths and weaknesses and things get so much easier (and more fun) when you combine their strengths! Thanks again!
@kenthenoob I appreciate your comments! Ive gotten so sick of people debating "What is art?" and ruining a wonderful thing. Keep going! The world needs artists (not hipsters LOL)! Thanks again!
Thank you soooo much for an awesome tutorial! I don't use oil paint, but rather acrylic, however you've given me some ideas and inspiration. Off now to look at your other videos! ~Joann
There are so many combinations of media that give an artist the opportunity to make different effects! Thank you so much for the comments and the Sub!
You never know if you dont try! If you really look at what I did- 50% of it is finding creative ways to cover up my mistakes! Printers and scanners are awesome art tools! Thank you so much for the kind comment!
It creates a fun dialogue in the work itself. I have hundreds on PNG characters, some are friends of mine, some are celebrities, some are based on my memory of events.....I am a very slow worker, but I love crowd scenes (in art) this method helps me compensate a bit. I am starting to make png's of background objects which is adding a new dimension........Im saving to buy a large format printer so that I can turn all of these files in to paintings (I would print then finish w/ paint)
Love it! Its entertaining, informative and ART!
