@killamob43 Depends of every body and how fast you heal. I wouldn't recomend going for a bigger gauge, maybe just a 00's. After that takes more time to your ears to heal and going back, and in some cases you need surgery. 0's are modest but cool plugs, but better go with a professional and ask for some advice before taking the decision ;D

I'm at 5/8s right now, trying to stretch to 3/4s, problem is I cannot find ANY 3/4s tapers. I don't know where to buy them, I was so desperate today I went out and got that software stuff in 3/4s hoping that'd do the trick, it's currently just sitting in my ear all curled up, literally doing nothing, this rubber shit is so weak that my ears are probably going to shrink around it. WHERE CAN I BUY SOME BIG ASS TAPERS? my last resort is to put electrical tape..around my tapers.

Just by Teflon tape (plumbers tape basically), you can find it at any hardware store or even places like Kmart and Wal-mart, Its only $2. The wrap 1-4 times around at a time, every day-3 days and do this for about a month. Then get the 3/4 plugs and see if they go in, don't force them. This method is called Taping, and should be used past 8g.

You can use bondage tape too, but a lot of people don't have access to it.

You probably didn't give the 14s enough time to heal ,remember to rush things when gauging your ears or you might completely mess up your ear lobe,maybe cause a nasty blowout later on.

Nooo. never use rubbing alcohol, peroxide,neosporin. don't use any of that to clean your ear. shit's bad for your ear. mix sea salt and distilled water like in a little shot glass, mix it up and then use that to clean your ear.

@No1HasSwaggLikeMe yesandno..it was bad to only wait DAYS to do a 2mm stretch which is a big jump for your ears..but its done now so all you can do which is also what i highly suggest you do is to stay at a 0 for at lease 6 weeks so your ears can heal up as best they can before you stretch again..but clean your plugs everyday and masage your lobes with either jojoba or vitamin E oil everyday to help with the elasticity but your lobes should be fine just wait at least 2 weeks between stretchesnow

if you stretch to 0 gauge and take your time they can go back to normal piercing size. for some people its 00, it all depends on the person. and if you stretch to like 000 or further on it will still shrink, like if you go to 7/16 or something it might go back to a 4 gauge.

A standard ear piercing is a 20, from there they go up in even numbers. There is an 18 gauge and a 16 gauge, but there is no 17.

If it didn't rip the fuck out of her ear, then there would be quite a bit of redness or swelling. If you saw none of that, then they are probably fake. They make fake gauges.

The only way someone could go up to a size that fast would be to dermal punch their ear, and you could tell the day after a dermal punch.

Tapers aren't suppose to stay in the ear for extended periods of time, so it would be fine to use plastic or acrylic. I think the only reason people tell you not to wear acrylic, is because it doesn't allow your ear to breath, meaning it can possible harbor bacteria, but if you clean them on a regular basis, you should be fine. I wore acrylic pinchers for about 4 or 5 months and I had no problem, but it might depend on the person.
