I understand the trick to make it look like more than 180 when it actually isn't, but Kimberly isn't doing that. You can see she's going to 180 first, then stretching it even further.

she's actually doing a trick which makes it look like a lot more than 180° but it actually isn't. It's not so simple to explain when you're not familiar with gymnastics but it's like doing a V sit on the ground but than standing up straight. It's not that easy neither to do as you see she as well needs a balance check but it looks amazing and I love how she does it each time again.
