do you know how the idea for flake came? When they made chocolate, they used to have flakes of chocolate left on the machines used to make the chocolate.  They decided to put all these flakes together, and make the flake.

hi, i got lucky, a folk/rock band called ramases released an album in 1975 called glass lid coffin, on it is a track only the loneliest, this is the original flake tune as far as i know. its not out on cd but and earlyer album called space hyms is on cd and you can get a version with 6 or 7 bonus track and it is one of these. hope this helps
