Kudos to the guy for sticking to his job and keeping civil with the man. He was what you call an arsehole. Treating someone that way when they are only doing their job.
I can understand the frustration, cold calling is like a intrusion on someones privacy, I suggest anyone who has the same problem to phone their phone provider and ask for Ex-Directory, this removes you from the next phonebook printing and futher phone book release until you change your telephone provider, also, as for "anonymous call rejection" this stops withheld numbers phoning you, so if someone phone you, you can demand where they got the number from, if they say random, you say bullshit.
its awful when you get people like this, i have to sell accident insurance to halifax coustomers and the amount of these calls i have had is unbelivable, theres no need for it!
