  • haha i broke some combs while combing my hair too :)

  • you're little girl is so cute.

  • Thanks!

  • The hair was wet and conditioned. I had just finished washing and I had a spray bottle on hand. I used a deep conditioner and leave-in. Monica's hair is very, very tighly coiled.

  • those shower combs are really good on wet and dry hair!

  • she is such a cute kid, btw. i have 2 girls with the same texture hair and they are tender headed too.I find it easier to comb through the hair if i use the LOreal kids (tangle tamer) detangler after washing the hair, and keeping it wet with the detangler while i comb it out, and then i can do the large plaits for drying.

  • I never comb through her hair dry. I always comb through wet. I guess I should have stated that in the vid.

  • black people kiss me with the she is tender headed no you are pulling. My brain out of my socket

  • I do everything I can do to not pull on her hair...she just doesn't like getting her hair combed. Some kids just don't like anyone touching their hair. My 3 yr old son squenches with a very soft boar brush.

  • never every ever come black hair while dry wash and detatangle with a big hug comb that wash again

conditions and comp set in for 5mint and rinse

  • I always comb her hair wet and detangle with a wide tooth comb. I keep a spray bottle by her side.

  • you should spray her hair down with olive oil and water before you run a comb through her hair that will help with the tenderheadedness lol if that's a word!

  • Olive and Oil is one of my staples! I LOVE it.

  • I just broke a brush the other day yes a brush

I also love the texture of your daughters hair gone head natural sistas love ya>>>

  • LOL! I broke a brush and comb in my days also. My daughter hair is perfect for natural hairstyles. I love it!

  • You should invest in a bone comb

  • Bone comb? Don't think I have heard of that kind of comb. Hmmmm...I'd have to look that up. Thanks for the tip!

  • whoa...i remember those days. I went thru3 of those combs LOL....You are awesome. she has a a head full of thick, beautiful natural hair I hope she never wants to perm it

  • I'm trying to do my best to keep her natural. She have her moments when she wants "long, straight" hair like her friends. I make sure to always tell her that her hair is so pretty. YouTube helps so that she can see how beautiful her hair is on video.

  • We have to work hard to take care of our daugters natural hair. But the end result is beautiful

  • I'm glad my hair isn't the only one that eats combs.

  • nice video...I love her pink TV! :)

    xoxo

  • Thanks! My little one is into princess stuff now. :)

  • beautifully done!

  • Thank you! It saves a lot of tears. I remember those days when my mom would comb my hair and yanking my head every where trying to get the comb through!
