Myself I have never had trouble doing hard training, and because of that I've done well athletically. I don't know if any drug would help me, but I do know I never needed one.

your an idiot steroids i dont believe in them , i go gym often very often to be infact , what i do is weights and AND cardio, do 2 miles a day peter , just keep walking on that machine till you get 2 miles thats what i do, im a bit porky when i started gym now im starting to see results. just takes time and determination. do what you want do what makes you feel good . but i think steroids is the wrong way about it , as a beginner too.

Water retention and so on can do the same thing. Also, at the beginning stages gains are fast. I gained 20lb in a half a year or so, so your trainer is talking about what you can realistically expect.
