The only mistake, the ONLY mistake, that I could find in the whole goddamn solo is one of the bends in the beginning of the solo that went a notch too high. But then again, who wouldn't get a bit overly excited and accidentally bend a string a bit too much when you know you're about to fucking nail a Petrucci solo? I know I would. Great job, you are one of the most technically skilled guitarists on youtube my friend.

I think it's a good idea to play this on a 7-string. Why won't petrucci do that? Why tune a 6-string down to C when you could use your 7-string....I mean you don't have the open C at the bottom, but you could compose all your songs in B, that's no big difference. AND you got the high register of a standard tuned 6 for soloing.
