@jihaad I care. That's why I posted the article. If 'drugs' weren't  made illegal there would not be a problem with safety or quality. People have the right to put whatever they want in their bodies. This includes for health/ medicinal reasons. Making that right illegal only leads towards victimless crimes, useless incarcerations and misguided expenditures of stolen money from tax 'payers.'

GET DECENT HEROIN IN THE UK ASAP! the CIA introduced a fungus to kill off half this years harvest, now ppl are dying due to adulterated heroin. this 2010 drought is the worst in 30 years....sort it out.

maybe the heroin was hiden inside dead cattle between the manfacture and smuggling phase & came into contct with anthrax spores, this was one thoery suuggested,or i have often wondered why the taliabn dont poison the heroin themselfs,this as a terrorist attack could kill hundreds of thousands of western addicts but ihave realised that heroin is now one of their main sources of funding for weapons,production of IEDs etc.The taliban use to forbid poppy growing now they encourage it. as its income

it's not eugenics! if the poppys that the heroin came from grew in a field contaminated with Anthrax then the end product will be infected, thats why it is illegal to grow crops/raise animals on ground were anthrax has been detected, unfortunately as heroin is illegal no such precautions cans be made. If anything this proves the stupidity of legislating against an activity that a lot of the world is involved in.
