  • Im here from ashes to ashes series 2 episode 1

  • Great song....I wonder if G W Bush ever heard it???

  • Still relevant...

  • This song should be played at the beginning of all official proceedings of the executive and legislative branches of the U.S. government...

...as well as those of pretty much all of the states...

...and those of the European Union...and any of the member countries.

  • thumbs up if ashes to ashes brought u hear

  • Amazing track. That chorus gives me chills.

  • I think Akon Sampled this song, in Belly Dancer I guess ..

  • that white guy actually looks like a feminized bitch and 2 big guerrillas behind him eye shadow on and the lot

  • thumbs up if the gorillaz pirate radio brought here

  • @akureiwolf I would have to say Collide's version is darker and eerier. And just because it has a female singer doesn't make it pop. That's just being sexist and ignorant. It's dark wave.

  • @PhantomStrangerII Your having a laugh arent you?

Each to there own I guess!

  • @dalard2161 Why would I be laughing?

  • @akureiwolf I am very serious. You don't have to agree with me.

  • personalily speaking, i'm to believe the no score that the Vancouver Canucks achieved during the Stanley Cup game was the one and only reason that a upholding riot took place downtown, a short walk from GM Place. The riot was about the best thing that ever happened to Vancouver's reputation...period!

  • Wow !! I can remember listening to this on the John Peel show whilst hiding under the covers with my radio. ACE

  • I loved this song and remember buying their LP because of it. Hated the other songs, though !

  • Wow. I came here, cause I remember and love the song, and sometimes it seems so actual.. Well, its up with us, to stop them

  • Not really a FB3 fan either but, an amazing tune. Written about our White House 30 years prior. Makes me miss the 80's!...?! Love the harmonies in the chorus, the finishing touch that really make this song stand out. Most people don't know or remember this tune which kinda' makes me feel priviliged ...like belonging to a secret club or something:)

  • they seem to have even then in the 80s been able to look into the future, this song could be the main song of almost every country in the world today, just listen to the text.fantastic band great text brings back memories, stay safe world and good night

  • Wow. I heard this from Murdocs pirate radio and fell in love with it. But I had no idea that it came out in the 80's! Jeeeeeez

  • @Garberd And then he posts the song on dead air space to share the inspiration for that one line. The rest of each of the songs has NOTHING to do with each other. When 'life in a glass house' was written did they totally rip off whoever made that proverb? Man, radiohead is just the most uncreative band ever! They rip off everyone these days!

  • @Garberd Did you even listen to either song? Idiot?

  • they dont make songs like this anymore, everything is too samey samey these days.

  • 'This is after or during the Specials, biggest ska-band of the ska revival during 1978-1981. Thanks a lot.
