@Begbucks At this moment, the Patriot Act makes it so. No acountibility. Tensions between Feds and civilians are at hightened levels.

@tnasburypl When I personally decode & document telepathic thoughts, no one is ever harmed in the process. Although I was able to lift some apparently classified data from individuals like Harold Puthoff who conducts remote viewing with my techniques. Or revealing some esoteric, twisted fantasy of some cashier at the store.

In general since this doesn't yet "exist" I'm relatively unimpeded from scrutiny because for a law to be passed restricting would also confirm it's plausible use.

@Begbucks When I talk to an individual about the Silent Talk program, they generaly end up being a target subject. The difference is they were advised overtly and honestly. They have fewer problems with it when they know I do this "openly", and am not "covert". I am brave with the truth so I do not hide. Even still it is graded classified.

While I understand that object of merit; I would be hesitant to wear a placard proclaiming my intentions. I simply place a dvr on HG mode in my pocket & roll on. In this way I capture far more concise data than if I announced my techniques as the subjects(s) tend to be at ease with their thoughts than suppress opprobrious improprieties for coquettish reasons. Not to mention the Black Opps reception...

@Begbucks I really shouldn't act like a know it all or something. It's just that this type of stuff is real and rather sensitive. The Feds target regular people without any permission or preparation. Those individuals are absolutely being drivin crazy, being on the "recieving end", with these modern weapons technologies. Better to just get it over with and talk about this technology insead of denying it. I know this technology is very important and is coming soon.

@Begbucks Actually, I think contrail is more of a weather manipulator deal than a "Mind Controller V2K thing". Could be used in cooperation with HAARP to analyze HAARP capabilities. Contrail also causes radar interference big time. Weather meteorologist notice it a lot when they spray that stuff.

@jacobmlcanderson It's Telepathic communique. I find that this is far more common than reported & I have logged these subconscious communications to reveal even future events such as in my video piece on the big earthquake in New Zealand w days prior to the event taped at a store last Spring.

Often the subject transmitting or receiving is consciously unaware of what is going on.
