Since I could not understand what the lady was saying I am still in the dark about the reason or issues surrounding the end of the Russian State. Knowing politics and knowing that Putin used to be high up in the KGB, I was thinking it might have something to do with going back to their old ways of communism and having the USSR or Union of Soviet Socialist Republics once again. But, I don't know since I could not make out what she said. More explanation needs to be added at some point. MGM.
