Very inaccurate, modern LED's are not the same LED's of 10+ years ago that gave them the reputation of running so cool. These days, LED's get pretty F'ing hot. I've built a variety of modules in various colors. Even UV LED's generate a shit ton of heat.
Are they hot compared to HPS?
Probably about 1/4-1/8 the heat but most definitely a lot hotter than CLF's.

@ezsavatto i know a few people who all swear by advanced and my friend did a side by side comparison between gh, dutch master, and advanced nutrients all same conditions for all the plants. gh came in last. advanced was a little better than dutch master. i love dutch master too by the way. if its not advanced its dutch for sure! i will not use anything else.

I did a side by side comparison of advanced and general hydro.I took 8 clones from the same mother plant and put 4 under 1-1000 hps and 4 under another 1000 hps.They were in the same room,in the same enviroment.I flowered them for the same 69 days,and cut them on the same day.I ended up with 30% more with the General!! Not to mention that the nugs from the general were much denser and sweeter tasting!!You should all try this yourself,you will see the same results as i did!!

@brianbertz Yeah after more testing its not aweful but not the best and there is something kinda funky with they're connoiseur. Personally I can pay 1/10th of what it cost to run advanced and I get amazing results. I am a big big fan of Atami Bloombastic.

Use whatever brand you want for nutes, but learn something about plants themselves and how they operate and your garden will thank you!

I agree on the starting from seed, I have had a lot of powdery mildew when using clones from the clubs. Anybody got a good way of curing powdery mildew?

yeah its called a buffer room, great for keeping your carbon filter and co2 enrichment, usually the closet in the room you use works best.
or just use a heat exchanger which blows the room air over a water chilled coil so no air needs to be vented out at all.
