  • This person is a fraud. She is attempting to teach Kundalini Yoga, but it is obvious to anyone who has ever attended a class taught by an authentic Kundalini Yoga teacher that she is teaching it the wrong way, which means you will be wasting your time if you follow her videos.

    Look up Kundalini Yoga and practice with a real KY teacher. Almost immediately you will notice and feel the difference.

  • This video needs to be pulled immediately. Her incorrect pronunciation of the "Tune in" mantra is incorrect and says quite clearly to me that she not only is not certified, but didn't learn it properly on her own. She's reading from bad cue cards or something. That's as far I can manage.

    Melantonin? Serontonins? She's not acquired any kind of real experience with basic biology. either.

    This is a yoga that must be taught IN PERSON! Not online or from a book. Love and trust for required.

  • Thanks. I love this video & know how imperative it is to focus on balance & grounding via the root chakra. My only criticism, is that the teacher talked far too much & too often throughout this video & it was a bit off putting.

  • beautifull class, i actually felt the energy of muladhara hot and alive. its a good warm up for thai massage pratitioners so it will give the consciosness of the hara or muladhara so important in this practice. namaste!

  • my vision becomes sharper and more clear, colors become more vivid, and my depth perception returns when I do yoga..but when going around doing daily activities my depth perception leaves,and my vision becomes blurry ,and hazy..I think the vision should be sharp all the time and when it gets hazy like that then the body is rushed,out of balance and in an unhealthy state.I think doing yoga gets us back balanced but I think this balance should be maintained throughout the day.
