how do you get an explore route acticity on the surfliner route? Does it come with 1 or do you have to make it?

@metraman0102 As far as my experience goes, all MSTS routes come with the explore option as a default.

wow i wish my route worked but every time i go into an activity when its about to go into the activity my simulator shuts down

Nice video! One of my favorite routes. The folks having shape errors should probably install Xtracks and Newroads and see if that helps.

Ok Amtrak California and Amtrak PS are to differant divisions one operats Souther and One Operates Northern Surfliner Southern California Northere i live next to Amtrak and i think i know this is Surfliner not Amtrak California

Just like Lexus is a division of Toyota, Pacific Surfliner is a division of Amtrak California. I'm not going to argue with you about this. Google is your friend. And Wikipedia is your friend, too. Pacific Surfliner is listed under AMTRAK CALIFORNIA on Wikipedia. So who will I believe. Some Joe Nobody or a valid article on the web?

Not gonna happen. It would be hard to have a simulation game such as this on a gaming system. Plus, there wouldn't be a system capable of playing it do to all the intense graphics requirements that would be needed. Maybe the PS3 could run it since it used Blu Ray, but even thats a long shot.

Not if you have a higher end system. I usually get no less than 17FPS on average. That isn't great but considering the route, its not bad.

The announcements come on periodically and there is only one announcement and you can't change it.

Oh I get you. It took a lot of crap to find my way out of L.A. the first time. The switches don't automatically direct you to where you need to go.

I don't normally run any of the activities so I don't know. I'm pretty sure they do, however, as the entire route has worked flawlessly for me, so far.

AWSOME! I have the route too. It kicks ass! Im not trying to spam, but if you bought 3D Train's Pacific Surfliner Trainset then you get the Metrolink and Coaster Trainset that came in FPM's route as a bonus for free!

Someone needs to make freeware equipment now. You still need the FPM installer to get the 3DTS equipment.

Well its been several years and no one has even attempted to make GOOD basic Superliner equipment. So I doubt freeware Surfliner equipment will be coming anytime soon. It sucks really. I finally had to cave-in a buy the payware model. The freeware crap wasn't flying with me.
