  • Metallica 90's??? it's from 80's dude =)

  • @oldinfant23 The black album was released in 91.

  • lol!! the nipples of Chris Cornell @ 1:24 xD

  • Im not gonna lie that red hot chili peppers picture looks pretty gay.

  • hell yea AIC!

  • Did everyone forget about the Counting Crows. Somehow I remember them being very big in the 90s

  • Please go on my channel and tell me what the song I play is! It is driving me mad.

  • Hahahaha! Nooo get AIC outa #1 and put Nirvana in there. Nirvana is one of those bands that can touch people like none other can. My folks and I are huge Nirvana fans...and they're #1

  • lol @ alien ant farm, they suck!!

  • I was expecting a video with a majority of songs I had not heard before.

  • Salut les gars !! En France aussi on aime toute cette bonne musique !! J'ai tout ces albums chez moi et je les adoooooooore !! Que du bon son !!

  • i think you hit it on the head good stuff and Man in the box is the number 1 of the 90s for sure

  • hell yea man for sure Man in the box is number 1

  • Blink182 FTW

  • u need a lot more than 4 minutes

  • 1. Nirvana

    2. Weezer

    3. RHCP!!!

  • R.I.P. Mike Starr

  • look at tom morrelo's shirt lol

  • lol good vibrations at the end

  • Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is the BEST on here!

  • New music like this exists.....

    <----listen

  • where in the fuck was soul coughing

  • Love NIRVANA's pic... n ironically enough straight after that is RHCP's Under the bridge... a song about Kurt... cuz Anthony used to hang with him under a bridge .. hehe wow

  • @PH03N1XM4N

Under the bridge was NOT directed towards Kurt Cobain at all...it was directed towards Anthony's drug habbits..... He did refer to Kurt in Californication, but that's about it....

  • Should've included Bush, The Offspring, and Candlebox

  • dude you gotta put Blink in here like seriously

  • i luv the second song!!!

  • I didn't care for Rage, their music sounded sloppy to me.

  • WEZZER? when was the E an Z jk good shit but like always some great bands were missed like Blink182 if u can tell im a big fan (the name)

  • no green day

  • you forgot Faith No More

  • @atheistunicorn They were famous in the late 80's dumbass. and anything they put out after what they were famous from(which was late 80's) was probably shit.

  • @naruto189645 fuck you and your shitty music selection. They were famous in the early 90's as well. Check your facts, DUMBASS.

  • where is Sponge's song "Plowed"

  • you are obviously an alice in chains fan xDD

  • 10. AIC Rules!

    9. Pearl Jam is boring derivative corporate rock; an untalented Tesla that wore flannel and rode the fashion fad of the times to become big rock stars.

    8. Rage is a bunch of posers. The whole thing is a post-modern media marketing stunt: the corporate creation that hates corporations.

    7. Soundgarden was severely overrated.

    6. Throughout all the shit, they remain the Led Zeppelin of our generation.

    5. Weezer is the Cars of our generation. They were subversively heavy and rocking!

  • 4. They were a good band, Grohl an excellent drummer, Cobain a witty lyricist, and they had a new look and sound for their time. However, while they had some catchy songs, they were nowhere near the end all/be all these media-drone posers claim them to be. They faded away because they weren't THAT good.

    2. The AC/DC of our generation. They've released the same song for the past 18 years, yet have been able to ride it out for the long haul.

    1. AIC Rules! (We came full circle)

  • Does anybody else notice REd Hot chile peppers drummer looks exactly like Will Feral

  • @TyphoidExcel yes

  • Marcy Playground-Sex and Candy? Train-Meet Virginia? Cracker-Teen Angst(What The World Needs Now)? god dont pick big popular songs in a Best of video. never pick smells like teen spirit or under the bridge or ENTER SANDMAN!? what are you thinking? terrible list

  • mostly american shit, innit? where's the real good brits ones?! america, you're not the world

  • @shamirjoel lol

  • @shamirjoel someones mad that there country has no good music

  • Where the hell were The Smashing Pumpkins???????????????

  • Hey in the RATM picture Brad Wilk actually had short hair! Haha.

  • this is an awesome line up!

  • Indeed Man in the box is the number one song! GOOD CHOICE!

  • shit

but overall, it no way best songs of the 90s- some chart smoothies

    no melody just jarring sounds

  • god I loved pearl Jam Sandman oh yeah good times lol stupid Buddy Holly that song drove me crazy they played it over and over on the radio Red Hot Chili Peppers I loved them too

  • alive is the best 90s song =]

  • No Wildhearts, Therapy?, Machine Head, Tool, Helmet, The Almighty, Megadeth, Biohazard, Slayer, Skid Row, G'n'R, and where is Faith no more?

  • best choice for #1 :D

  • they are good but not the best

  • F this

  • Godsmack.... really?

  • pantera!!! dude, pantera man.

  • hey just wanna say thanks for NOT putting nirvana-smells like teen spirit as #1. It was the definitive grunge song but not the best of the 90's. and besides alice in chains kicks ass!

  • at last I see a list that includes godsmack yeah!

  • who cares? its music, enjoy it. great choice of songs btw.

  • I wouldnt classify Godsmack as a 90's band even though they technically are. The same goes for bands like Creed and Blink 182. Might have hit in the 90's but they're more "modern" than the 90's music that I love

  • Comment removed

  • dude, its called "Whatever". I think they have another song on the album called "Go away" but its not that one

  • i love tom morello's shirt in RATM's pic

  • Dude you should of at least put like the common 90's song

    Foo fighters - everlong

one of the best they had unless you havnt heard it yet.

  • oh yeah... true, maybe forgot radiohead, korn, blink, greenday, everclear, a few others...still a very nice sample of the first half of the 90s.

  • this is the best/most inclusive posting of influential 90s alternative rock samples i've seen so far - good job.

  • Pearl Jam, Sound Garden, Weezer, and Godsmack need to be excluded from this list. Metallica were better in the 80's. "Give it Away" is a better song than "Under the Bridge" in the 90's for RCHP. Overall, great job.

  • Nay, Weezer and Sound Garden must remain on the list.

  • hey wat about alien ant farm? they were so 90's and theres alot of other bands that were left out like blink wtf man?

  • We can't have every good 90s band

  • @AmplifiedRock i don't consider them good anyways.

  • @AmplifiedRock I was kindof sad Nine Inch Nails and Stone Temple Pilots weren't on there. Stone Temple Pilots definately should have, they were a huge band back then.

  • @momopup01

Plus AAF was early 2000's, not 90's.

  • @momopup01 The video is called BEST of the '90s.

  • @momopup01 alien ant farm wasn't a good band they had one song they were known for, and it was a remake from some other artist

  • @momopup01 Because those bands you've shamelessly mentioned suck more than Richard Simmons in a gay orgy?

  • @Anz83 ... mmm yeah...

  • Radiohead was a glorified ripoff band. Look up The Hollies with "Air that I breath". I smell a law suit.......

  • If their was going to be a law suit there already would be. Duh silly :)

  • you mean...music didn't always suck?

  • Nope. We forgot a few though like Radiohead

  • @BigEdgePoker there was once a magical time called the 90s. When music was original, creative, and good. So the legends say...
