Oh, one thing, to the uploader,

Remember to tell the viewers that they have to enable the plugins in the Advance Configuration Tab. ( Recovery Mode )

um when i start the game, my computer doesnt sound like it actually HOOKED up. it sounds like it, but in a deformed way. and the Installization Wizard doesnt come up. i have windows 7 ... any ideas that'll fix this? X_x

@aimster4560 If it doesn't sound like it hooked up, then it probably didn't. If it sounds deformed, then windows probably encountered some problem. If the regular Installation wizard doesn't come up, then its either a problem with windows or a problem with the connection (ie cable). I dont use Windows 7 so I wouldn't know how to fix it on the windows end, but it could be the cable, make sure it works with other devices first.

Other things you could try would include making sure the plug-ins are enabled, both of them. Make sure the kernel Settings are set to 1.50 kernel.

Mine froze too, but mine froze when loading a mission with remotejoy on. I dont know whats happening with you, but if its freezing when you load a mission, try activating remotejoy as you enter the camp.

Try right clicking "My Computer" on either the windows explorer or on the desktop, then click properties. Once a new window opens, click the hardware tab and then click on device manager. Then look for something related to the PSP. Im not sure what its called. Maybe USB PSP or something. I cant remember perfectly but it had an error type thing on it too. Just investigate a little bit and I believe you have to right click it and press uninstall. Then it should fix it.
