Actually, .45's are easier to control for most people than a 9mm. 9's feel like someone is slapping the gun upwards, 45's feel like someone is slapping the barrel of the pistol back into your hand.

The P85 is a near target grade pistol, not sure about the P89 and later models. From a bench I can break clay discs from 100 yards with 2 to 3 shots per disc.

I a woman and love my p90 ruger and yes its much harder to obtain accuracy with this caliber of gun but once you fall in love with a smaller caliber will be even harder to obtain accuracy with because of its weight and recoil

I saw a friend of mine take aim at the shiny bottomside of a metal coffee can from 100 yards away and he hit it on the third shot. Its whats called a double single. Which means your first pull is going to be a longer double action to set the hammer back. All of the ones after that will only be single action because the slide will keep retracting the hammer to the firing position. In the video you saw him pull the hammer back before he shot so he only had a single action pull.
