Dave, as always thanks for the intrepid reporting! One suggestion: There is no such thing as a "Manchester authority". If humans are created equal, we don't have "authority" to grant to anyone else. "Authority" is a dangerous fantasy and considering people's inbred obedience to the concept, we would be wise to disabuse at least ourselves from propagating the idea!

I am inclined to give Mayor Guinta the benefit of a doubt and see what he does and has to say about the open carry situation. He may just do the right thing and come out in favor of the free staters who were only exercising their legal rights to open carry.
