Late by far to answer any such question, but one must remember that we only attribute significance to any report of hijacks now as we have knowledge after the fact that it occurred. The US receives many multiples of warnings about this sort of attack and that. Which ones do you focus your attention on and which do you ignore? There is not much that can be done - other than try to be vigilant and investigate the threats, in the face of hundreds of such threats a week.

I really don't know what the exact DNA samples taken were, but I got that out of the September 11, 2006 issue of TIME Magazine. The plane also slammed into the Pentagon at over 500 mph, so a lot of the wreckage would have been entirely decimated in the initial impact. There is significant wreckage outside of the Pentagon from the plane, I don't know what this crap about "quarter-sized pieces": is.

While I myself don't believe that the WTC was anything but huge planes hitting buildings, most sane conspiracy theorists do not point to Bush. A more likely conclusion is corporate power; the connections there are endless. Don't for a second think that Halliburton wouldn't kill Americans for cash-- they do it everyday. And Cheney, in 2008, has approximately $12,000,000 waiting for him in Halliburton shares.

Don't come to me for an explanation of what actually happened. I don't know why there weren't wmds in Iraq. I don't know a lot of things about 9/11 either, and that's the problem. It isn't incumbent upon those who question to then provide the answers. I'm sure there are many ideas out there about what's going on, but all anyone, you, me, anyone really has are questions. "911 Truthers" are just the people brave enough to ask them. Thats all.

Pulling off 9/11 is a whole lot more riskier than planting WMD's, and I don't think I have to explain why that is. Why would the whole Republican party jeopardize their future on pulling off 9/11, but not plant a few weapons in the ground.

That's a good point too crackerboone. Getting caught planting false evidence would probably get them impeached and out of office, but getting caught purposely killing Americans, destroying property, and damaging the economy all in one day would get them executed.

Anyone smart enough to pull shit like that off would have learned enough from Nixon and Clinton about keeping secrets to know not to do something that Americans will have your head for if they find out.

The question isn't moot unless you assume that George Bush didn't care about being popular after the war has been going on for a while. I think, judging from the amount of PR this administration has done over the years, that it clearly does care what people think. The idea that the powers that be in the Republican party don't care about screwing themselves over in the next election doesn't have much evidence behind it.
