Hello, has anybody here used Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my acquaintances lost tremendous amount of weight using Gallactico 324 Diet, but just wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
HI sarah I have a good question that no one seems to know. How many grams of sugar should intake daily? Also how many grams of sodium should you intake daily? I'm actually following a healthy diet, weight watchers, . On a average I intake about 16 to 30 grams of sugar (I'm only counting like 100 cal snacks, ww ice cream, etc., no what in like bread and stuff). But I don't know how much sodium I intake. Can you plz help.

@SickOfBeingFat This is a great question. A small trick I have is to drink a shot of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar (like braggs) with cayenne pepper and a squeeze of lemon. I don't do this on a regular basis only when I know I'm craving sugar more than usual. I'm a big gum chewer and tea drinker as well, but honestly, if I have a craving I usually satisfy it with something small.
This may seem like a weird question but here it goes.... Every month I do so great on my diet untill it gets about 1 week before my period then I crave the worst foods basically junk... Why does ths happen EVERY month and how can I stop thes horrid cravings? Thank you so much!
@manderpooh87 omg i have this same exact problem! and all that previous months hard work just goes down the drain. its horrible. id like to know how to stop it as well, its not just normal cravings either theyre really hard to resist

I really like your increase your workout routine. My trainer always had me do 3 sets of 15 I've never switched it up or even thought about it to be honest. I added 10 min on to my cardio an an extra set. Decided to switch up my cardio hop off the treadmill use the two different bikes and elliptical at random. Added a kettle bell routine I got from Women's Magazine on Twitter and finally now end my workout with jumping rope until I miss. All because your challenge. I'm having success but I'm no

i have tons of reasons why i want and NEED to lose weight, -- wanting to be healthy (my family= tons of health issues, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.) wanting to be comfortable and happy being me. but as much as i wish i didnt i do it keeping in mind that i will have more options when it comes to boiis. i'm not doing it for anyone but me but at the same time being fit does usually make people more attractive to the opposite sex
Hello Sarah, not only women watch your shows. I'm sure there are alot of straight men out there that are fans of yours, myself included. I started dieting, to look and feel better, and I'm sure my wife appreciates it. I started 6/10/2010 and went from 185lb to 140lb today. With your advice, and portion control, it was real easy, and I only exercised 3 times a week for about an hour. I'm 34, 5'9" and went from a 33" waist down to a 28. Really, Thanks alot you are very motivating.

My favorite was the drink 16oz. of water before every meal and take a fish oil supplement. My hardest was eating clean for 1 day a week! I don't know what it is but when I limit myself to all natural and organic foods my body starts to crave stuff that I hate! It's weird haha.
@davemv86 because it's part of the Boston skyline... Do you ever watch baseball games at Fenway park? It's a pretty large landmark. My old videographer made it for me and I wasn't going to criticize.
