  • @cutiepiemilana Actually, you don't HAVE to be born flexible. I'm pretty flexible myself, and it takes a lot of practice to be flexible.

    Those would definitely be my sound effects on trying that.

    I'm not unfit...just not flexible at all. Do a lot of exercising and it's only very recently that I've started trying things that require me to be flexible. Haven't done anything even along the lines of crabs for far too long. And I'm only 20, lol. When I try anything involving backflips I feel like an old croney, lol:o Long hard road...but it's encouraging to see people doing incredible things, thanks:)

  • it depends are you flexible , also can you do the crab not nececerally falling into it but just being able to do it if you practice it alot like bending your back then eventually it will be easier sorry for the long speech bacically its not painful if your capable of doing it
