@jb79100 ... That is utter rubbish ! ... God will not judge by your denomination, but by the way you have lived your life. The way you have loved your neighbour. The way you have acted ... Catholic, Anglican, Protestant or Orthodox ... it doesn't matter, as long you love Jesus Christ our Lord.
O Clemens! O Pia! O dulcis Virgo Maria! V/ Ora pro nobis, Sancta Dei Genetrix. R/ Ut digni efficiamur promissionibus Christi.
Let the protestant heretics cry their heart out, when they are faced with the splendor and glory of our Mother, the Holy Church! That all schismatic Christians may return under the roof of God: the one, true Catholic and Apostolic Church.
Let the Protestan heretics cry their hear out. Lets never forget what Jesus said anyone how rejects my Mother rejects me. And allot of Catholics don't respect our Mother we have to pray for them.
If datnyone was offended by this religion's display of its heritage, tradition and beauty, then he should not watch it or reply to those who do subscribe to this religion. He obviously does not get it. And just calling people "pagan" because you don't understand them only adds to the further bad rap that fundamental Christians are earning.
''SALVE, REGINA, MATER MISERICORDIAE, vita, dulcedo et spes nostra, salve. Ad te clamamus, exules filii Hevae. Ad te suspiramus gementes et flentes in hac lacrimarum valle.
Eia ergo, advocata nostra, illos tuos misericordes oculos ad nos converte. Et Jesum, benedictum fructum ventris tui, nobis post hoc exsilium ostende. O clemens, o pia, o dulcis Virgo Maria.'' Amen.
Where in the Bible does Jesus, God or his apostles tell us to pray to "the queeen up in heaven"? Jesus said to pray to "Our father" where is this teaching by the Son of God???
ouch... why such bickering and fighting? why even argue who's going to heaven or not? why even attack the catholics? will that get you into heaven? chill, dude, and look at your own life.
dahwang12 there is any dispute about what your talking about..The is America..I am entitled to debate issues freely..also I haven't condemned nor "attacked" anyone..I'm speaking about the Bible..does that offend you?
@datnyone You have no true knowledge of the Catholic Church. In scripture they certainly had a Eucharist to bow to. It was and is the same Jesus Christ our Lord. Jesus said he would not leave us orphans and he would remain always with us. Today we refer to him as our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament. Jesus has not broken any promises to his Catholic Church.
Some may try to show that the word "remembrance" means it is symbolic. However, if you would look at the original Greek word used here, it is "anamnesis", which means not only to "remember", but more importantly, "to make present". There is no symbolism in these words recorded by St. Luke. To try and show symbolism in St. Luke's Gospel, you would also have to show the symbolism in the Gospels of Matthew and Mark as well. Each Gospel stands alone. Jesus is present in the Eucharist.
God is present in EVERY true christian by the Holy Ghost..should we worship and bow before each christian because Gd dwells in him???????????? You need to worship the God in heaven and stop the pagan mess
Datnyone, comments on a Youtube video aren't the most helpful forum for clearing up theological disputes of this magnitude. Clearly you are passionate about this. I recommend buying a good book on the theology behind Catholic and Orthodox understandings of the Eucharist, and then attempt to dialog with a faithful Catholic from a local parish.
And maybe buy a history book on the Church Fathers or the origins of the Bible. The Catholic Church compiled it after all! :-)
The Chrusch Fathers??? I will listen to Jesus Christ and his Apostles..Their is no Eucharist to bow to in their Biblical accounts..nor does "regina salve"..ONLY JESUS SAVES and he accended up to heaven..and is not in this false worship
"Salve Regina" has nothing to do with salvation. "Salve" is a greeting. "Salve Regina" means "Hail Queen". Catholics do not claim that Holy Mary redeemed us. But you must acknowledge that She played an important role in God's plans.
@Paladin1983PL Some people are stupid, don't waste your time with them. Some people don't like respecting His Body and Blood, His Mother, or His Church. It's their fault. Peace fellow Roman Catholic.
@MykeSoBe ... I do not agree with you. Time is never wasted. It is our primary duty as a Christian to try and get those so called "stupids" on the right track. We are all apostles of Jesus Christ. Never give up, it is our duty as Christians and Catholics.
Does the canticle "All generations shall call me blessed" or "Hail full of Grace" ring a bell with you, or have mere men taken that out of your abridged Bible?
YMary was Blessed..and it was by Gods Grace that he chose her amongs all the Jewish women..but to give her the glory do to God and worship and make altars and prayer vigils to the creature instead of the creator is where the line is drawn...we can talk about all the blessed people of God but to bow in prayer to them is no Christian..but all pagans do that
TRUTH IS FOUND HERE,,FOLLOW IT AND YOU WILL DO WELL Rev22:8,9
I, John, heard and saw these things. When I had heard and seen them, I BOWED to worship AT THE FEET OF THE ANGEL who had been showing me these things. But he said to me, "DO NOT DO THAT. I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brethren the prophets and of those who heed the words of this book. Worship God."
(Obey the angel YOU IDOLOTROUS PEOPLE..BOWING TO MAN AND STATUES!!)
THEBOOKBURNERCR...Thats All Idolatry from Rome and Greece...It is written..Jesus told us to do it in remembrance of him not to bow down to some "Blessed Sacrament"
Read John Chapter 6 or the writings of ANY of the first Christians, especially St. Ignatius of Antioch in the first century of Christendom. As far as the phrase do this in remembrance, the Greek phrase is packed with a very rich meaning. It's literal or Christianity has been wrong since the time of the apostles.
How could the Church ever move away from this to what we have now(for the most part) in the Novus Ordo? This is beautiful. Thanks so much for posting.
Thanks for posting such wonderful video, would be possible to have more information? (for example the name of the church, where's located, Mass hours, etc)
It's St. Joseph's church in Łódź in Poland. The Old Mass is celebrated every fourth sunday of the month at 3:00 PM (GMT+1). We hope it will soon be celebrated more frequently.
