i dnt knw ate.its done my head in for 2 years.went to gym and lifted 100kg on my back and when i released my left arm and shoulderblade felt funny.i went for a swim like i did after a gym sesh and i couldnt stroke without a pain in my shoulder.i thought nothing was wrong then i started getting shooting pains tightness and my shoulder aches really bad nw somedays.i think i might have this or its my cartlidge.....any advice peeps
