Yea you can unlock it on the ps3 and 360. I'm not sure for the other systems though.

i don't know where to get one, or how much.
u should be able to get them in pc world or if ur in america any good pc shop you could also get a externl which is handy cause uall need to install the internal . also u probly get one on ebay if the computer shops dont have one
