The real reason Qaddafi was taken out was because he was trying to form a United States of Africa with middle east countries included. But as far as foreign affairs go, he got Bin Laden, something Bush couldn't do in an entire ten year, he got Gaddafi, the Iraq war is now being ended, though that was the law anyway, but he actually followed through with that, which is great.
