  • ige pa pyon de inoman a mag yem yem!

  • Ra Ma Da Sa Sah Seh Soh Hung

  • just beautiful......

  • I LOVE this version of the mantra! The music is like rolling hills, like a stream on its way to the sea... and I love the explanation so I can arrange my thoughts while I listen or sing along... I put it on a playlist called "Shanti" on my channel, along w/ the same mantra sung more slowly by Snatam Kaur. Thanks so much for posting this. Namaste.

  • The Yogi Bhajan said alot of things and he contradicted himself on many occasions. People make a god out of this man but he created a sect. If you want wisdom look to the Dali Lama. and if you believe in God there is nothing about hats in the bible.

  • thank u for this wonderfull version of meditation. it cleanses the aura by this we can improve our physical health.

  • This is very soothing. Thanks!

  • Thank You very much for sharing this mantra in You Tube

  • Does anyone know what the mantra in the middle section is? I hear it as something like " way con atar... shantinaya... bey ma con shana shantur... ee a ay jio" Any help would be much appreciated!

  • @retropete1

The words about 5 min 49 sec in to the audio are:

TRIKHA NA UTTRAI The thirst is not quenched

SAANTEY NA AAVAI The Peace-tranquility does not come

BINUDARSAN SANT Without the sight of the Saint (Pervasive Creator)

P'YAARAY JEEO The Revered Beloved (Pervasive Creator)

  • Awesome! Thank You' <3

  • Ra Ma Da Sa, liberta voce ao Self, à grandeza do Universo, à forma grandiosa da idade do universo.... obrigado, obrigado, obrigado.... Samamprapta

  • thank you for sharing this.

  • it sounds so nice too by the way!! Thanks for the upload! :)

  • Thank you for the upload! I have heard of covering the head before, for a kundalini yoga meditation. and i heard that it was prefered if it was white! Is this the same concept? does it matter what colour it is? or how its wrapped?

    :) thank you in advance

  • White is prefered but I do not see the harm if you were to use another colour, i.e. orange for example.

I've heard a lecture where Yogi Bhajan talks about white being neutral.

And no i don't think it matters entirely on how it is wrapped just as long as your head is covered; particularly making sure your crown is covered and the top part of your head.

Yogi Bhajan discusses this in depth where he talks about containing your energy and giving you focus.

  • @KhalsaSoulja Thank you for the upload. I am an absolute beginner and I am really looking to heal with the use on mantras. I fell in love with this mantra and with Satkirin. But I need to ask, what does she say in the middle of the mantra? I can't make out the words to that part. If you know, can you please write them here for us? Thank you. Peace.

  • kocham gdy ludzie używają tu różnych niezrozumiałych języków, yeah I love it! ;D

  • Allright, i understand..

    Thank you!!

  • yeah, Refer to Prethenie, I was questioning myself, why should we cover our crone chakra if we want to heal 4 body's, Mental, Emotional, Physical & Etherical?

Than we would be able only to collect earth energy?

    Does'nt seem right to me..

    A complete human has to walk between heaven and earth, so we need to combind both energy's to balance ourselves;

Than why we should carry a hat while listening this?

  • A hat is not required to listen to this meditation. Neither is a hat ideal for covering your head while doing this meditation.

Nevertheless no-one can make you cover your head but when you do, you'll find that your mind will be more focused and it will not wander as much...

  • Naam Raho Sadho Raho. Raho Guru Gobind. Kah Nanak Eh Jagat Mein Kin Japeio Gur Mantar

The selfless servants and Sikhs are always totally captivated by it, like bumble bees lured by the fragrance of the flower.

  • When you are experiencing Kundahlini, I doubt a hat will hold it back. It connects one with all.

  • @Prethenie: when you are experiencing Kundahlini, I doubt a hat will hold it back. It connects one with all.

    Ha, ha...you're right.

    Kundalini is very powerful.

  • It is divine...thanks.

Is it important to concentrate on the third eye while chant?

  • Thanks. I feel better already.

  • awesome. Thank You.

  • Thanks so much for your description and sharing this, it's great!

  • Thank you for sharing this mantra and for your well described explanation of its meaning and purpose. Why is it important to cover the head?

  • Just like on a winters day if you leave the house without a warm hat on you will feel the cold a lot more. The human head looses up to 30% of it's heat. There is no difference when doing Yoga/Meditation, but instead of just loosing heat, energy is lost.

The Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan taught that the hair is like antennas. So when covering the head it gives you focus when meditating.
