  • Then do some deadlifts. Deadlifts can heal anything except the tampon you have shoved up your ass. Your going to have to take that our yourself.

  • I have chronic lower back pain. By chronic I mean I had constant pain and two spasms in a period of a year. I'm 20 years old and I like to do judo. However, the nature of my injury doesn't allow me to comit to the sport as it is very physically demanding. I want to know how many times a week should I do these exercises and also, does pilates help? If so, how many times a week should I do pilates? Thanks for everything

  • Maybe you can help me. I play alot of golf and I used to jetski alot over 15 years. They may have to do with the back pain I have. It feels like It bone on bone by the doctor says its just a strain or bruise. I hurt it again useing a sledge hammer doing yard work. It hurts I try useing ice and some kind of menthol gel. What can I do to help reduce this pain and keep the pain away in the future. it really even effects the way I walk and forget about swinging a golf club. Please help.

  • Some people are so dumb abd deserve the back pain they have. Running,Deadlifting and so many ab exercises are horrible for you back. 99% of all people also have terrible posture! What idiot would do deadlifts if they have a bad back?

  • According to islam, she is not doing the right thing. She should be wearing a lose Burqa that does not reveal any part of her body and face (except eyes) to anyone, except her husband. Islamic terror outfits want this law of Allah to be implemented through out the world and are fighting a holy war for this.   • i had ah problems with my back im only 21 down my right side last year but went my gp thn went to physio wen i push my forward i get this burning kind of pain in my hip they said it was a starined muscle it has got better but is still stiff what shall i do ?? would be for anyone who has this before thanx

  • 20 on each leg is way too many if youve got back pain...stop saying flat back as well..its a lengthened spine keeping Neutral ..keep hips level, no twisting in the spine as you can see here when she takes the leg back...keep the toe on the mat..slowly. and work with your Transversus abs or Pelvic floor at a mild activation..its a great move when done correctly..

  • I'm looking for some exercises that can help in back pains.I think feldenkrais is a good option but be carefull even after the pain end because sometimes happen it return harder.

  • just experiment with it, but dont do any strenuous activity

  • did u ice and heat it when u had it. also good to take some pain killers and anti inflammatory drugs. i have had recurring back injuries from fast bowling
