At the very least, the sentence was grossly excessive. One thing I have learned from this and similar cases is that public criticism of the federal government is likely to get you a lot more attention from the government than you want.

This is very sad. Danny Riley does not deserve this. And let us remember that these "explosives" would have done nothing more than hurt your hearing if they were to go off, if they even existed. they were made out of tanarite a legal substance for long range target practice.

Its another HOT DAY IN HELL here in America where a man who walks a dog of people who avoided their fed. income tax, the DOG WALKER gets 36 years in JAIL for this bullshit. Imagine, a man's LIFE destroyed. Even HALF of those years, its pretty much the end of his life as he will be shell-shocked and emotionally destroyed after being locked up.

HOW did he ever rig explosives to tree's? What explosives? I never heard of such nonsense. Put put those there? the Fed? All BS. I CRY for this poor man.

the so called explosives was nothing more then mere tannerite. do a websearch on this legally obtained compound which is mixed and used for target practice using high power rifles in long distant ranges,which detonates the compound target into a cloud of smoke. Also is used by the movie industry for special effects

I think level two is having a state and FBI criminal history, and it puts you in a class where you are moderately to absolutely probable of committiing a future offense.

I tried to look it up and that's about all I could get.
