Tom says that it is "Paris Hilton's Best New Friend" (although the show is called "Paris Hilton's My New BFF", but that's close enough!)

For Bill, he says that it is "Tila Tequila".

The whole thing is a big joke though; i'm pretty sure he's being sarcastic.
