I love Chili Cheese Fries!!!! There's a little hotdog diner here in my town that makes some of the greatest. I didn't get this body from eating healthy all my life. 6 ft tall and 215 lbs of pure Southern Comfort, thanks to Fried chicken, hotdogs, hamburgers, steak,chili cheese fries and any other unhealthy, greasy, disgustingly delicious edible item you can think of. At the young and youthful age of 45, all my blood chemistry numbers are at or below the norm. So, tell @ocassie order me some. :)
Junk food? I love it. My sister and I had some chili fries at the famous Tommy's this week....Heavenly. Now I want some more....lol Cheeeers..KJ, Cassie and Maaax....!!
Whoops just removed my comment. Umm I wrote that Cassie is a good sport to let you shove a camera in her face while she's eating. Max is funny eating his coleslaw, is that all he got? I raved on about cleanses. They seem a little "new age" for me and that they would stress your body out. I think you should just gradually eat healthier and then your body would naturally cleanse, rather than having to go on a cleanse. I'm sure you'll still do your cleanse irregardless (hehe) of what I say. ;-)
'2am tonight' verses 2am in the morning? Was this after you went to work our or in place of going to work out? I guess Max just crashed the party and that is why you never mentioned him? A late night out with friends is always fun.
