John, sorry to hear you had such serious injuries. I hope you recover soon, or already have. These kite tubes are absolutely insane. I've been doing watersports at a high level for 15 years. Waterskiing, wakeboarding, barefoot, you name it, I've been good at it and hurt BAD doing all of them with so many injuries I can't count them and multiple ER trips. But I would never get on one of these. No wonder they're now illegal in most places.
