I learnt by putting three fingers on the deck; one on the back, one in the middle and one on the screws on the other side. then really quickly push back as far as you can on the back and push down wih your front finger diagonally forwards and downwards. try hopping over pens once you first get it, and thenm onto things like xbox cases.

instead of pushing down, try doing a bit of a stomp with your finger. make sure it pops.
