I would agree with this. I lost over 30kgs (about 65 lbs)and the number one key to my weight loss was my attitude. I had a moment of clarity and realized that I had to take responsibility for my own actions. That means the food I put in my mouth and the exercise that I done. I stopped blaming every one and every thing around me for my fat unfit condition and got on with the job of restoring my health. I now have friends and family follow me and had great results also. Eat clean, Train Hard.

Thanks. I appreciate the comment. I actually went off my diet and workout program for the last 2 weeks. When you look at the big picture it really has no impact on my overall results. I knew what I was doing and I knew that I wasn't failing myself.
Listening to the audios definitely help drive me to be the best that I can be and to appreciate who I am and the opportunity that I have.
this is awesome. it shows how much people procrastinate and make excuses, go to the gym, eat less. thats all it takes. whenever i go off my diet or dont go to the gym for a day ill remember this video.
