@TheBLACKKAT1 I would elaberate on that, except WGM removed the audio from a crucial part of the movie, which would have answered your question. What I CAN suggest, is that Gypsie, as you might see from the related videos sec to the right of the comments, is a song by Stevie Nicks. The 83 comes from 1983 the year that Gypsy's mother left her and her Dad to persue her career as a singer. So, I am guessing that, Gypsy 83 is just a symbol of things comming full circle at the end Ihope that helps.
