Cops are sociopaths. Simple and clear cut. They are in this job, because they need to control something. Often cops were abused themselves, often sexually, and are acting out. Look up any intelligent discussion on police psychological profile, you will see the same things over and over and over. The cool thing about a cop though, is they have the highest suicide rate of any profession.

I have family that is in law enforcement and he has never just punched somebody repetedley in tha face for no reason so I dont care the situation u go through training 4 a reason and I'm pretty sure thats not wat it teaches u to do so dont try and make excuses for these officers they need to be punished and I hope they got wat was coming to them because if that was u or ur family being brutilized then u would have a different story

@3101010 Ok yes that cruelty in that video was morally wrong. However, it was a tense situation, police were dressed in full body riot gear for a reason. Obviously, the protesters were causing destruction towards the environment. Though what the police did to that kid was very unprofessional and un-justice. But you have to understand from what they might have saw from there own eyes. It might have looked like he kicked the horse from the position they were in.

@brentonmvr Yes, they are human, and yes they can make mistakes, but these are the people that are payed for by the taxpayers to PROTECT and SERVE, not abuse their powers granted them. Regardless of the crime committed, even if the suspect is resisting arrest to some degree, repeatedly hitting someone in the face is uncalled for. The world has NO USE for cops like this. I really hope this one gets fired.

During the early 60's (Rampart Division, where I grew up) sometimes during the week, but mainly on Friday/Saturday, LAPD would swoop onto a group of 20+ Hispanics drinking beer and listening to music in the street and outrageously, after handcuffing half a dozen or so, beat the handcuffed folks with baton, fist, stomp, flashlight..leaving a horrible bloody mess. My point is this is nothing new and this guy looks damn good in comparison to stuff I've seen unleashed. Defend yourselves.
