Yes, it's her fault, but how in tarnation does he expect her NOT to be hysterical & act upon his self proclaimed "Four C's" in a situation like that? Not plausible. For the record: It really bothers me when judges substitute children for objects such as cars in claims like this. It's very unsettling and they could use a less abrasive example. I realize it is meant to make one think, but that's pushing it
