Shouldn't the killer ask for that resentencing hearing which Pennsylvania has now dropped its pursuit of, because it would give him the first opportunity for him to have the courage to be crossexamined on oath on his explanation of what what he did with his gun and the bullets from that gun which killed Daniel Faulkner at 3:51am on 9 December of 1981.

We know who Mumia Abu-Jamal a.k.a Wesley Cook is. We know what he did; and we will never, ever, forget it.
