I need proof that they are equal. They would need to have the SAME build. Example: Full STR for Zerker and Full LUCK for Knave. They would also need to have the same weapon of their level. They skills would also need to somehow be equal. Putting this in mind, I do not like this comparison because there really can not be a GOOD comparison without proper testing.

wonderking takes massively more amounts of skill to play than maplestory, mainly because you don't just use the same 2-3 skills over and over again, you actually have to watch for cooldowns and avoid getting hit while doing so, also there are way more skills to use

The only reason that the zerker took as much damage as he did, was because he got hit by poison breath and the knave did not. The knave tanked normal hits, but the initial poison breath is the thing that pwnt the zerker's health.

Knaves take way less dmg while the berserker takes alot.

Even though a warrior has high hp to get hit, i would rather not get hit still.

Berserker is a bossing class. Knaves are for mob killings and parties.

Knaves are more fun to me. You train and help with more people, while berserkers usually go solo. Plus, Knaves are built for non-stop attacking while some berserks may have to wait for their move's to cool down.

@narkeuchiha The reason the berserker takes so much more damage is that the berserker was hit by moro's attacks, which can deal quite a bit of damage, such as the poison gas and earthquake attack. Whereas the knave only took touch damage, which is way lower.

All knaves suck, period. The reason he was using such low level skills is because the FIRST JOB skills are more useful than anything else they get. Any Rogue/Knave skills have ungodly cooldown (forcing you to use low level skills more often), slow as hell startup and recovery, and crappy damage (seriously not that much more powerful than the first job skills). As much as I loved this class in the first job, once you advance it's all downhill from there.

@masohiro Uhm, I have a Ninja and a Rogue, I use 2 1st job skills with both. And a sin (9x or 10x, unsure) also uses first job skills.

The skills need more hits generally. I mean 5 hits for Shadow Dance isn't much, espacially since they need to hit more often to get high dmg. I mean, Fang Dance does ~7 hits, Gun Tornado does more and Knaves/Rogue should be the class with ??-hits attacks. And what do they get? Max of 7 hits. C'mon Gun Tornado does like 16 Hits.

rogue class clear mobs area also bigger... zerker most skills have heavy delay and cooldown. Plus the area not really that big... the only good thing of zerker is damage high. There are no imbalance in this game if u watch all the classes skills video posted by GM.

Always get yellow gloves that add double hit rating. With those and the passive buff that adds dex you shouldn't have a problem. I have not put a single point into dex at 65 and I miss like 1 every 30 attacks.

See I think this isn't a great comparsion. In Short DPS fights a zerker would win because of his high powered attacks. If you get into a long boss battle the knave overall will win in dps because of the zerker's cooldowns. All of them are around 30 seconds. While a knave's cooldowns aren't as long so they can use the fast damage attacks a lot more often then a zerker can.

Berzerkers don't have that much power until they use moves such as rage and power up, plus they have several stats that increase their power.

Anyways, any swordsman is expected to have more power compared to any theives, swordsmen are frontliners and theives are midliners.

Actually since Berserkers have far better armor and tank more, they are expected to have to sacrifice damage.

Knaves on the other hand have garbage defense and HP and therefore must rely on big damage output, since they are DAMAGE DEALERS.

The rogue class in any game cannot out RAW damage the main warrior class. What a Rogue class is meant for, is quick, successive critical hits(with a possible poison depending on which game you're playing). Bezerkers in this game sacrifice HP in order to do high damage, plus their damage buff has a cooldown, so they're not always in that massive state, Knaves don't need that buff to have their power, plus they're more mobile in pvp and pve.
